The Durand-Grace School of Real Estate offers Georgia salesperson real estate courses, salespersons pre-license and brokers pre-license, post license and continuing education courses by Independent Study.

Independent Study is a course category approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission which provides for interactive instruction via a personal computer. This method of learning requires no attendance of in-class hours.

Independent Study is convenient: you may take courses at your home or office according to your schedule, start at any time and select your own schedule. The salesperson pre-license course is a 75 hour program, the brokers pre-license course is a 60 hour program. Also available are continuing education courses for 3, 6, and 9 hours and salespersons 25 hour post license course.

The computer provides a fully individualized course of instruction for each student. The program is easy to use and does not require any previous computer experience. It spends time teaching only what you need to learn. It lets fast learners or advanced students proceed quickly, but spends extra time with those who need more help.
